1979 Bronco diesel F-250 front and rear ends
New Cummins 4bt from Big Bear Diesel with HX30 turbo included which is much better than other turbos for this. It was professionally installed by Mechanically Inclined Technicians in El Cajon Ca. In 2023. Loads of torque for four wheeling and great fuel efficiency for cruising. Right now it is 140 hp and about 240 ft lbs torque. This is completely stock and can be heavily boosted to higher horsepower since it has the highly coveted “P pump” fuel pump you can adjust easily.
Only 100 miles on engine after install. 2002 f-250 20k miles donor radiator, 4r100 transmission, transfer case, new intercooler, new PCS tranny controller, polished and powder coated tubing, polished and powder coated valve covers, new remote access oil filter. New UMP brushed aluminum air filter housing for best air quality. New interstate batteries 2/2024, dual batteries. New exhaust 2017, new muffler 2023. New 2017 SBC 8 piston calipers and slotted rotors, excellent stopping capability. 2002 f-250 power steering and brake system, original bronco steering gear. New 45 gallon steel fuel tank by Aero Tanks.
2002 F-250 with 20k miles donor for front and rear end axles and drivetrain installed by MIT. 1368 miles on this part installed in 2017. Incredibly comfortable ride, amazing turning radius makes it perfect for off or onroad driving. Much better than original setup. 2006 F-150 center console fold up third front seat.
Flamed set up details- Exterior body flames, Nitto Dune Grappler flamed treads and side walls, flamed steering wheel, flamed brake, e break, and accelerator peddles.
Paint- 2005 custom flamed green, silver, and gray from previous owner. New Custom air brushed “Ghost Rider” Carter Slade themed murals on tailgate and glove box. Por15 entire underbody no rust prior to painting in 2017.
New in 2017- AC/Heater by Vintage air. Retrosound stereo system with two amps 4 channel and sub. Custom box over wheel well, custom color coordinated grills. Sound proofing on all floor, bed and cab headliner areas. New four point Rollbar custom paint color match. New Amp step powered side steps, and rear pulldown bed step. New Autometer NV LED green back lighted gauges, including boost, pyro, and tranny temp as well as all other normal. Custom billet polished aluminum gauge cluster panel totally unique to this build really cleans it up. New headliner. Dual map lighted combo dome light. Reupholstered rear original fold up seat. New Corbeau front seats, passenger seat mounted on Bronco fold up base to allow easy access to back seat. Solid aluminum WELD WHEELS amd caps with spare wheel included. New $600 custom high quality water resistant breathable truck cover that also covers wheels. New 37” Nitto dune grappler tires.
