This 2016 Tiffin Phaeton 40 QKH is a 41′ motorcoach that has been registered in California from new. The power-adjustable front captain’s chairs are trimmed in beige Ultraleather, and the floor plan features a lounge area with an electric fireplace, a galley, a dinette, a bathroom, a bunk room, and an aft bedroom. Amenities consist of composite countertops, a propane cooktop, a dishwasher, a residential-style refrigerator, a washer and dryer, and flat-screen TVs. An Onan 10kW diesel-fueled generator is housed in an equipment bay on a slide-out platform, and additional infrastructure equipment includes a central water filter, a 90-gallon freshwater tank, a 66-gallon gray water tank, a 50-gallon black tank, six house batteries, a 2kW inverter, and connections for fresh water, waste disposal, and 50-amp electrical service.
The forward compartment houses swiveling power-adjustable captain’s chairs trimmed in beige Ultraleather upholstery complemented by a color-coordinated dash surround and carbon-fiber-style accents. The windshield privacy shade is power operated, and further details include sliding side windows, reverse and side-view cameras, an overhead flat-screen TV, and a Kenwood touchscreen DVD infotainment system with Garmin navigation and satellite radio capability.
The multi-function steering wheel sits ahead of an 85-mph speedometer, a 4k-rpm tachometer, and supplementary gauges. The digital odometer shows 41k miles.
The living quarters feature a 7′ ceiling height and are outfitted with porcelain tile floors, recessed lighting, Mocha-tone varnished wood cabinetry, a central vacuum system, and ducted climate control. The forward lounge area houses a fold-out sofa bed, a reclining and swiveling chair, and an LG flat-screen TV with dual wireless headphones. A dinette is positioned across from the galley and has bench seating and a folding table.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed along with a ceiling fan, recessed lighting, a built-in dresser, bedside shelves with power outlets, and switch panels for lighting and climate control. An LG flat-screen TV is mounted above the dresser, while an Ariston washer and dryer are housed in a compartment behind a sliding door.
The bathroom is equipped with an enclosed shower, a toilet, a ceiling vent, a sink, and a vanity. A bunk room across the hall houses a pair of twin bunk beds and a window with curtains.
