1930 Ford Model A 5 window coupe. 401 Buick nailhead was rebuild by L&R when the car was built (approx 15k miles ago) , Buick sp400 trans, Ford 9” rear end, w/ brand new gears (3.23) and posi, chopped 4 and channeled 4, original body, model A frame heavy modified, drop axle, 40 Ford brakes, split wishbones, year of mfg plates, 16” Steelies, newer Coker tires (7.50 rear , 5.00 front), new battery. 1930 Ford Model A 5 window coupe. 401 Buick nailhead was rebuild by L&R when the car was built (approx 15k miles ago) , Buick sp400 trans, Ford 9” rear end, w/ brand new gears (3.23) and posi, chopped 4 and channeled 4, original body, model A frame heavy modified, drop axle, 40 Ford brakes, split wishbones, year of mfg plates, 16” Steelies, newer Coker tires (7.50 rear , 5.00 front), new battery. Car is painted with flat paint not just primer. Interior is super basic and somewhat not 100% finished. Never got around to putting side glass in the doors.
Built this car from ground up 12 years ago. Put a ton of great miles on it but it’s time for someone else to enjoy it. I’ve moved onto other hobbies and hate to see this old girl sit in the garage .
Currently the car runs and drives but the carbs are jacked up and need going through or replacing. When the carbs are good the car cruises highway speeds at no problem. I have driven the car all over ca , nv and to Utah. Open to offers and possibly trades but don’t waste my time with junk or low ball offers.
