Up for sale is a 1972 Challenger Mini Day Cruiser. Jet Boat is 19.5 feet. Power plant is a 427 Chevy Big Block. The engine originally came out of a 1967 Corvette 425 hp minus the original aluminum heads. Very rare motor and highly sought after. now it has cast-iron, high-performance, large, triangular, port heads. When it was rebuilt it had the heads match ported to the high rise Edelbrock intake manifold. Heads where Port and polished. Roller tipped valve spring rockers. Block is an L-88. Block was line bored and decked. Internals BALANCED. All the internals are ARP studs or ARP bolts. It has ARP bolts through out the engine. 2 Holley 450cfm Carbs. Carbs were jetted to this combination. Exhaust is a pair of BASSETT headers with large 2 1/4” collector pipes. I have the through the transom exhaust for it also, that will come with it. Fuel is delivered via a new Holley electric fuel pump. 2 aluminum fuel tanks 20 gallons each. Jet is a Jacuzzi. Boat runs very good, awesome river boat. Trailer was redone about three years ago. Brand new wood and carpet on bunks, (the runners the boat sits on) new paint on trailer and fenders. new lights on the trailer, new wood on the trailer steps. Haven’t had time to finish the new carpet, but have the material. I started the stereo installed but haven’t had a chance to finish it either. Has a 5-channel 700 watts Kenwood amplifier. JL Audio W3 10” sub. I’ve had this boat for a very long time. I’ve done a lot of the work myself except for when I got the hall repainted and some fiberglass surface cracking repaired. everything else has been maintained by me or re-done by me. Hate to see it go but my interest have change and I really just don’t use it anymore. I just keep spending money on it to keep it running. It’ll come with everything I have for the boat like life jackets, ski ropes, skis, inner tube, and any extra parts I might have for the engine. If you have more questions please ask. I know what I have so please NO low ballers or tire kickers. $8,000.
