This was my Grandpa's truck..... I rebuilt the entire truck from the ground up, but kept some of the cool features like the original paint/ patina (clear coat sprayed over), most of the interior, etc...

This was my Grandpa’s truck….. I rebuilt the entire truck from the ground up, but kept some of the cool features like the original paint/ patina (clear coat sprayed over), most of the interior, etc…
Here’s the NEW:
– New engine, 5.9L (360 cu in) LA V8: The largest available gasoline engine, favored for towing and heavier-duty D-250 and D-350 applications.
– New transmission: A-727 Torqueflite 3-speed automatic transmission
– New Fuel injection system (Edelbrock system Pro-Flo 4) No messing with carburetor on this truck…. fires right up every time.
– Everything new to go along with that, new aluminum heavy duty radiator, all new wiring, heating and cooling parts, thermostat, heater core, fan, hoses, gas lines, alternator…. etc etc… EVERYTHING. Built it to be a daily driver.
– Power windows and locks – New upgraded motors
– Gas tank cleaned out
– all new filters
– Complete new AC system (blows cold)
– New Stereo system – added custom center counsel with 2 speakers – New SONY touchscreen, 13″ with Apple Car Play
– New Viper Alarm with remote start, backup camera, and door locks
– Custom rims
– Spray in Bed liner
– New suspension and lowered and low as it can go without cutting. (rides very smooth)
Im sure there’s more….. Unfortunately for me, I have over $50k into this truck…. (don’t tell my wife lol)
