Body was removed, completely stripped, body work and custom paint in corvette victory red inside & out. The paint was finished to a perfect shine, PPf was added to protect the paint, and a ceramic coated was added to seal it. Chassis was stripped down to bare metal, dipped and powdercoated satin black.

Body was removed, completely stripped, body work and custom paint in corvette victory red inside & out. The paint was finished to a perfect shine, PPf was added to protect the paint, and a ceramic coated was added to seal it. Chassis was stripped down to bare metal, dipped and powdercoated satin black.
When reassembled, every nut & bolt was restored or replaced with new hardware.
All wiring is redone front to back. All plumbing, Fuel lines, brake lines, etc. were fabricated from stainless, hand bent, routed and contoured nicely.
A Gen V LT1 Corvette engine was sourced for the build, BTR 225 cam swapped. Mated to a 8l90e 8spd automatic transmission with Circle D 3200 stall converter. The engine/ trans. harness was modified and mated the the chassis harness. An LT2 Corvette Intake and throttle body were added for performance and aesthetics. The serpentine accessory drive was sourced from Vintage Air. Custom Long tube headers were sourced and cerakoted in satin metallic gun metal finish. Custom mandrel bent stainless steel tig welded 3″ exhaust was hand built with an X-pipe and magnaflow mufflers. The factory air conditioning was rebuilt and mated to the Vintage Air system. All the brackets, mounts, covers, and coolant tank under the hood were hand fabricated and powdercoated satin black, this was to a achieve a clean custom factory look. The front wheel wells were sourced from slosh tubz, they are larger profile hand made fiberglass and final body worked and painted to match, this allows a wider front tire and rim to accommodate the lowered suspension. The suspension is a full Ridetech adjustable coilover suspension kit, link bars, c-notch, a-arms, spindles, sway bar, etc. The wheels were a custom order from Forgeline racing wheels, one off 20×9.5 & 20×10.5, 3 piece forged racing wheels custom fit to this truck with exact bacspacing. Nitto NT555 G2 front tires and Nitto NT555 R2 rear tires. The brake system is Baer Brakes. Baer re-master master cylinder, 15″ drilled and slotted 2 piece rotors all around, Baer 6S Extreme monoblock 1 piece calipers in a custom black ice finish and red lettering. The rear axle is a 14 bolt. This was customized by narrowing 3″ overall, Ford Torino axle tube ends were fabricated for strength and ease of maintenance, hardened Mosier racing axles, Eaton Tru-trac posi, chryo dipped and polished gears, and a 1350 yoke were all added to make it bulletproof. The interior was restored in medium gray, the seat was custom reupholstered in leather to match the factory styling, custom AZA leather wrapped custom steering wheel. The stereo system is a Kenwood Double Din bluetooth deck with wireless car play backed by JL audio speakers, amplifiers, sub, etc. Entire cab, doors and roof were sound deadened. 30% Ceramic window tint was added.
