Pros
Set up for gooseneck with adapter, if want to be returned to 5th wheel it’s 8 bolts and couple turns on the coupler to put it back to original.
No leaks what’s so ever
Roof is in good shape Resealed all joints and caps about a year ago
Everything on it works amazing
Generator only has 90 hours on it.
Both AC’s blow amazing
Brand new mattress in master and back top…

Cons
Furniture, the original seats a couch were shot out so i found some replacements If buyer wants i can have them reupholstered. If not i have a new interior from a geniuses supreme for it.
Couple small nics in the floor and some marks on the walls nothing major.
This trailer is perfect for the dunes or the desert or any where else you can imagine pulling it to.
