The middle living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa with a rear sofa table shelf, and a booth dinette with a marble print pedestal table. It also has a wardrobe storage closet and a linen storage closet, an AM/FM stereo with HDMI, USB and auxiliary inputs, and hook ups for a wall mounted TV. 

The kitchen has marble print countertops with nice counterspace, as well as a storage drawer and a couple storage cabinets. It’s equipped with a single basin sink with flush mount sink covers and a single lever high arc faucet, a High Pointe microwave, a Suburban three burner cooktop, and a Dometic double door refrigerator. 

In the front of the unit is a queen size master bed with a side shelf, and an overhead shelf running along the ceiling on the front wall. 

In the rear of the unit is a private enclosed john with a porcelain toilet, a shower with a skylight, and a roof vent. 

This unit is equipped with a roof A/C unit, a furnace, a solar charge port, and a manual tongue jack. It has a power patio awning, exterior marine grade speakers, rear view camera pre-wire, a heated and enclosed underbelly, and a pass through front storage compartment.

Worth mentioning, had the entire slide-out mechanism replaced under warranty through Forest River at GIANT RV here in Colton.

Also it has been only used 6 times since purchased brand new.
