Modern farmhouse gray/cream/brown decor. Large underbelly storage. Sleeps up to 7. Rear living space with convertible dinette to bed and fully reclining individual couch seats. Fireplace furnace with auto ignition (BTU output). Tankless water heater. Full-sized fridge with freezer. Microwave, oven and stove. Bunkhouse has one elevated twin bed. There is a convertible sofa couch being stored in our home that sits under the bunk bed in the bunk house. Couch is still in perfect condition. We only removed so we could place a queen trifold mattress on the floor to better accommodate our three kids. The couch will be reinstalled and bolted down upon sale.
Trailer has outside kitchen (mini fridge with griddle). Roomy shower in bathroom with skylight. Master bedroom has ample cabinetry with the ability to hook up a washer/dryer. The bed is king-sized. All mattresses have always been covered with a waterproof mattress cover. Tires come with tire pressure/temperature sensors. Trailer has Jayco Command – download app on your phone to control automatic leveling/lights/AC even when you are not in the trailer. Batteries have been upgraded. Trailer has three slides (couch in living area, fireplace/stove/refrigerator and the mid bunkhouse). This trailer has a wonderful flow to it, is very spacious and has plenty of storage. Also has full closet pantry with door.
