I am selling my 2023 Forrest River 27rks Prime Time Avenger. It is a 27ft living area and 33 feet overall.
I am the original owner, purchased from GIANTRV new. Trailer has only been used a few times. In excellent condition, everything works perfect.

Plenty of space for storage all over, pantry, bathroom, bedroom, under sinks, and under bed.
Under bed storage is also pass through storage reachable from outside (has locks outside)
Dual propane tanks
Water heater is either electric or propane
Propane stove
Propane in unit heater that gets toasty
Outside heated shower
Retractable power cord (15amp)
In unit AC
Outside light and plugs
Cable pre ran through trailer
Bedroom has tv brackets in wall, usb and power outlets
Black tank, gray tank for sinks, and freshwater tank
Trailer is very clean, well maintained, no leaks, no soft spots, everything works perfect, roof is solid. Open to showing during week 4pm or later, or weekends if advance notice is given. Perfect trailer for singles, couples, and small families. Will include Husky towing sway bars and hitch ($800). Can easily be pulled by any 1500 truck, which is what I pulled it with.
