Perfect for anyone who wants to feel the comforts of home anywhere their adventures take them. Equipped with a full Kitchen, Main bedroom loft has a brand new nectar, queen, mattress, and faux Fireplace heater. There’s a second loft, Above the porch that can fit two children are one adult comfortably or can be used for additional storage. TV has been upgraded from the stock 55 inch TCL to a 65 inch 4K screen. Also has a queen size pullout bed from the couch whenever you have guest over. Other upgrades include a brand new shower vent fan. Trailer is an extremely good condition. Only been used for a year but sadly no longer need it right now so looking for it to go to a good home. Cold AC, full size, refrigerator and freezer. Has to 8 gallon propane tanks that the water heater, heater and stove, all runoff of and can last up to 3 to 4 months on a single charge in daily use. Plenty of storage space inside both in the kitchen, bathroom, main bedroom areas. Also has Bluetooth speakers inside and out to connect up to and an outdoor shower feature that’s never been used. Freshwater, gray and black tanks all in excellent condition and clean. I have all the paperwork for the trailer and happy to answer any questions if you have them.
