We are selling our very clean 2007 Four Winds Kodiak Dutchman Super C (32 B floor pan). This has the chevy 8.1 Vortec V8 Engine with extra power and towing capabilities. The Generator is the Onan Marquis Gold 5500 with low hours and was recently serviced (oil and oil filter change and carburetor cleaning).
This RV has never been used as permanent living space and only for camping. It has never been smoked in or pets inside and it still smells fresh inside because of how it has been taken care of. The roof is also in excellent condition with no leaks and has had the roof lap sealant renewed in a few spots but not due to damage.
Two – 13,500 BTU Ducted Air Conditioners from a 50 amp power supply or by simply running the generator, 30,000 BTU Ducted Furnace. 1 slide out on driver side for dinette and a full pull out sleeper sofa. Cab over bed with flat screen TV. All appliances are working, all lights and electronics are working. Rear back up camera.The roof is also in excellent condition.
-Brand new (sleepy’s 8’’ Snug) queen size mattress. ($440)
-The tires and batteries are new within the last year. ($2,400)
-The front Driver seat, front passenger seat, full pull out sofa and single chair and ottoman were fully reupholstered with high quality RV vinyl and craftsmanship last year ( over $4,000)
-Brand new slide topper awning cover replaced last year ( $800)
-All lights inside the RV have been replaced to LED for brightness and now using less power from the batteries while dry camping.
-Comes with a full RV storage cover ($400)
The engine, transmission and fluids have always been serviced and maintained. There is no mechanical issues with the drivetrain.
