Motivated seller! Need gone asap as new coach is here. Upgraded interior layout with pullout couch and opposing pop-up TV. Extended dinette with 4 chairs. Upgraded Norcold fridge to the Dutch Aire 12v system that works significantly better. 2 AC units and heater work well. Onan 7500 generator with 1431 hours (will go up). Tons of storage underneath. Coach runs really well and is ready to go! Oil Change and fuel filter for engine and gen in May 2025. Coach shows really well for being 25 years old and consistently gets compliments.
